INGREDIENTS
- 2 Whole Chicken Cut Into Medium Pieces
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Cups Fried Onion
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1/2 Oil
- Salt To Taste
- WHOLE SPICES
- 2 Whole Black Cardamon
- 5 Whole Cloves
- 2 Stick Cinamon
- 6 Whole Green Cardamon
- 8 Whole Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- First in large bowl marinate all chicken with all dry spices, add ginger garlic paste mix well. 1 hour marinated.
After 1 hour In a cooking pot add 1/2 cup oil and add all marinated chicken. cover up cook 20 min.
In a grinder add yogurt and fried onion and make it paste.
