Ingredients
- 800 g Boneless Chicken Cut Into Stripe
- 2 tbsp Garlic Finely Chopped
- 1 / 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 Cup Oil For Frying

- 1 Cup Red Capsicum Cut Into Stripe
- 1 Cup Orange Capsicum Cut Into Stripe
- 5 to 6 Green Chilli Cut Into Stripe
- 1 Cup Spring Onion Cut Into Stripe
- 1 Onion Cut Into Stripe
- 1 tbsp Chinese Salt
- 2 tbsp Cone Flour
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- First In large bowl add all chicken pieces, then add 1 tbsp garlic, soya sauce, black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt. mix well and keep it side an half hour for marination time.
- In a deep pan add oil, once oil is hot add chicken stripe one by one not over lapping. and fry until light golden color.
- When chicken is light golden fry. take it out all chicken in oil, keep it plate.

Make Chicken With Garlic Sauce
- In a pan add 3 tbsp oil add chopped garlic 1 tbsp lightly saute 2 min, now add all vegetables, fry high heat 2 min,
- now add all fried chicken mix well, add chili sauce 1 tbsp, black pepper powder 1 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, chiness salt, mix well.
- If you want to thick gravy, now you add 2 tbsp cornflour desolve 1/2 cup water, add slowly slowly in chicken mix. now it ready to eat with steam rice. Enjoy
