Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken Cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 3 Tomato Cut into Slice
  • 6 Green Chili Cut into Pieces
  • Half Ginger Cut into Stripe
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh ground Black Pepper
  • Half Cup Ghee or Oil ( but original recipe using Ghee its make good flavor)
  • 1 Teaspoon Whole Cumin Just crush ( not ground )
  • 1 Teaspoon Whole Coriander crush ( not ground )

METHOD

In a large Karahi add chicken pieces and tomato, Chicken cook his own water and tomato juice, ( not add water )

Cook until tomato is soft, Chicken water is almost dry, add all spices mix well.

Then add ghee or oil in a chicken karahi and high flame saute for 7 min.

After 7 min oil come out for gravy add ginger stripe simmer 4 min.

  • 1 tsp Coriander Seed Crush
  • Half Ginger cut into strips
  • 1/2 Cup Ghee or Oil
  • 5 Green Chili pieces
  • Chopped Coriander leave

Instructions

  • In a large karahi add chicken pieces and tomato, chicken cook his own water and tomato juice, ( not add water )
