Masala Fish Curry is one of my favorite recipes, once a week I am making fish curry. Today I teach you a very simple way to cook. You can use any type of fish in this same recipe. bust served with boiled rice.
Masala Fish Curry:
INGREDIENTS:
FISH MARINATION:
- 2 pieces whole Tilapia fish cut into pieces
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
CURRY INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tsp whole mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp whole cumin seed
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup fried onion
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Fresh green chilis and coriander leaf
INSTRUCTIONS
- First fish marination for red chili powder, turmeric powder, and Lemon juice, Salt to taste.
- Mix very well and keep it leave 10 min.
- Add 1/4 cup of oil and fry all the fish pieces in a pan and fry until lightly golden, keep it out on another plate.
FOR GRAVY:
- In the same pan add oil, mustard seed, and whole cumin seed and saute for 1 min, Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and
- salt to taste.
- Mix well and saute for 2 min add yogurt, and fried onion mix well.
- Now time to add all the fried fish pieces and 1 cup of hot water.
- Cook for 7 to 8 min.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaf and green chili.
- Serve with boiled rice.
