Authentic Thai Lemongrass Soup Recipe

  • 4 large prawns
  • 1 stick of Lemongrass 
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 stick of spring onion
  • 1/2 lemon slice
  • 3 green chilis chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
Authentic Thai Lemongrass Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • In a cooking pot add prawn, 1 stick of Lemongrass,  2 cloves of garlic, Salt to taste, and some green chilis. Add 4 cups of hot water. And boiled for 20 min on medium flame.
  • Once the stock is ready, Strain all stock and remove all prawns.
  • In stock add 1/2 lemon juice, add some green chilis chopped, and some chopped spring onion.
Authentic Thai Lemongrass Soup Recipe
Serve With Spring Onion And Green Chilis Chopped
  • Mix very well and add again the prawn in stock. 
  • Serve hot with prawn crackers.
