- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter
- 1 tbsp Korma masala powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 Onion Cut into Chopped
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker add lamb pieces and ginger garlic paste and salt mix well. Add 2 glasses of water cooked until tender.
- In another large cooking pot add oil add chopped onion. fry until light pink color.
- Now add cooked lamb pieces with the remaining stock, mix, and add all spices powder. Sautee for 5 to 6 min. Now add 2 tbsp ghee or butter.
- Add 3 tbsp yogurt mix and saute for 2 min. Now all masala and meat mix together very well.
- Add 1 glass of hot water. Simmer for 10min. Garnish with coriander leaves.
