Which meat is best for Karahi? Kadai Gosht Recipe Pakistani

Karahi Gosht is a really versatile dish and could be made with rooster karahi, mutton, lamb, fish, and prawn. Karahi Gosht is normally made with bone-in cuts as a result of their excessive fats and the juices from bones make the Karahi completely finger-licking good.
