Ingredients
750gmutton or lamb chops or mixed lamb pieces
1/4cupoil
2 tbspghee or butter
1tbspKorma masala powder
1tsp red chili powder
1tspcoriander powder
1tbspGinger garlic paste
1tbsp Salt to taste
3 tbspYogurt
Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
1 Onion Cut into Chopped
Instructions
In a pressure cooker add lamb pieces and ginger garlic paste and salt mix well. Add 2 glasses of water cooked until tender.
In another large cooking pot add oil add chopped onion. fry until light pink color.
Now add cooked lamb pieces with the remaining stock, mix, and add all spices powder. Sautee for 5 to 6 min. Now add 2 tbsp ghee or butter.
Add 3 tbsp yogurt mix and saute for 2 min. Now all masala and meat mix together very well.
Add 1 glass of hot water. Simmer for 10min. Garnish with coriander leaves.
