How To Make Keema Samosa?
INGREDIENTS
- 2 kg lamb mince
- Half bunch fresh coriander chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp dry chili flakes
- 1 tbsp salt
- packet ready-made filo pastry sheets
- 1 cup shared mozzarella cheese ( optional )
- 1/4 cup oil for cooking
- Oil for deep frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- In cooking, pan adds lamb mince, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, salt, and oil mix altogether. cooked 15 min until mince cooked and dry all water.
- Now add black pepper powder, chopped onion, chopped coriander mix well. Cooldown all filling mixture.

In a frying pan add oil for deep frying. once oil hot one by one samosa, dip fry until crispy golden color.
Serve with green chatni, sauce. yum!
