How To Cook Bitter Gourd Without Bitter Taste?

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g  Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) cut into sliced
  • 2 Medium size potatoes cut into sliced
  • 1/4 cup Musted oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 onion cut into sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dry chili flakes
  • 3 whole dry red chilis
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In cooking, pan add musted oil. once the oil is hot, add 3 whole dry chilis. just 1 min saute.
  • Add sliced onion and saute for just 3 min. Now add Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) and sliced potatoes. add chili flakes, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • Mix well, add just 1/4 water, and cover up the low flame for 12 min.
  • After 12 min once Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) and potatoes are soft tenders.
  • Now high flame stirs fry for 6 min until vegetables are lightly crunchy.
