Ingredients
2kglamb mince
Half bunch fresh coriander chopped
1large onion chopped
1green chili chopped
2tbspginger garlic paste
1 1/2tbspblack pepper powder
1/2tbspdry chili flakes
1tbspsalt
packet ready-made filo pastry sheets
1cupshared mozzarella cheese( optional )
1/4cupoil for cooking
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
In cooking, pan adds lamb mince, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, salt, and oil mix altogether. cooked 15 min until mince cooked and dry all water. Now add black pepper powder, chopped onion, chopped coriander mix well. Cooldown all filling mixture.

In a frying pan add oil for frying. once oil hot one by one samosa, dip fry until crispy golden color.
