HOMEMADE FAJITA SEASONING
- Mix Italian herbs
- Garlic powder
- paprika powder
- Black pepper powder
- salt
- First chicken marination with salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, and black pepper powder, mix Italian herbs, mix well, and marinate time 20 min.
HOW TO MAKE Authentic Chicken Fajita Recipe
- In a large cast-iron or another heavy skillet, add 2 tbsp oil, once the oil is hot add all vegetable slices and stay fry for 3 to 4 min. just crunchy soft add a pinch of the salt mix, and take it out on another plate. ( NOT OVERCOOK )
- In the same pan add 2 tbsp oil, add all marinated chicken stay fry for 7 to 8 min. on high flame.
- Once the chicken fajita is cooked, add all stay fry vegetable mix all together, add half the fresh lime juice mix well. flame off.
- ASSEMBLING
- Place the Tortilla wraps on the cutting board, add in fajita chicken with vegetables, and spread homemade sauce on top. and fold just like a wrap. I am using panini press grill, add one by one chicken fajita wraps and press, just grill for 2 to 3 min. ready to eat.
- DIP OR SAUCE RECIPE
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Half a cup of sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 pinch salt
