INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl add whole chicken, yogurt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 /1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp orange food color, Half lemon juice. Mix very well.
- Marination time 6 hours.
- In an instant pot pressure cooker add a steel rack inside and on a top marinated chicken place in.
- Add 1 cup water to the cooker for steaming. Cooking time 12 min.
- After steamed another dip wok add oil for deep frying.
Before Cooked After Cooked
- Once the oil is hot add whole chicken carefully and fry until golden color.
- Ready to serve with salad, naan, tandoori naan.
