Saag Gosht Recipe Pakistani
INGREDIENTS
- 500g spinach wash
- 750g lamb with bones pieces
- 2 green chilis
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pot add washed spinach and 2 green chilis just steam or simmer for 7 min. And after the steam chopper machine just coarsely ground.
- In a cooker add 1/4 cup oil, once the oil is hot add onion and ginger lightly saute and add meat and saute for 2 min.
- Add all spices powder salt mix well. Now add yogurt again and saute for 2 min.
- Now add half a cup of water and cook until the meat is tender.
- Once the meat is tender add all spinach mix very well and simmer for 10 min low flame.
- Ready to eat with naan or bread.
