Ingredients
1whole chicken wash - dry and deep cuts
1cupthick yogurt
1tbspred chili powder
1tbspcoriander powder
1tbspturmeric powder
1 /1/2tspsalt
1tsporange food color
Half lemon juice
oil for frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add whole chicken, yogurt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 /1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp orange food color, Half lemon juice. Mix very well.
Marination time 6 hours.
In an instant pot pressure cooker add a steel rack inside and on a top marinated chicken place in.
Add 1 cup water to the cooker for steaming. Cooking time 12 min.
After steamed another dip wok add oil for deep frying.
Once the oil is hot add whole chicken carefully and fry until golden color.
