Grilled Chicken Thighs Marinade

The perfect time marinade time is 6 to 7 hours. This will make the chicken juicy and soft which is vital to achieving this.

HOW LONG DO YOU COOK CHICKEN ON THE GRILL?

  • Grilled chicken pieces, Each side cooking time 6 to 7 min. One side is a perfect golden smoky color. 
  • Flip another side again for 6 to 7 min.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Legs 2 kg ( make a dip cut all of them )
  • 1 cup thick yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • Half cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First chicken wash and dry and deep cuts all chicken pieces.
  • In a large bowl add yogurt, chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin powder, oil, salt and mix very well, make a paste.
  • Add all chicken legs pieces, mix well. Cover keep it side.
  • Marinade time is 6 to 7 hours. 

After Marinade 

  • Grilled chicken pieces, Each side cooking time 6 to 7 min. One side is a perfect golden smoky color. 
  • Flip another side again for 6 to 7 min.
  • Juicy soft grilled chicken is ready to serve with fresh salad.
