Grilled Chicken Thighs Marinade
The perfect time marinade time is 6 to 7 hours. This will make the chicken juicy and soft which is vital to achieving this.
HOW LONG DO YOU COOK CHICKEN ON THE GRILL?
- Grilled chicken pieces, Each side cooking time 6 to 7 min. One side is a perfect golden smoky color.
- Flip another side again for 6 to 7 min.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Legs 2 kg ( make a dip cut all of them )
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- Half cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- First chicken wash and dry and deep cuts all chicken pieces.
- In a large bowl add yogurt, chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin powder, oil, salt and mix very well, make a paste.
- Add all chicken legs pieces, mix well. Cover keep it side.
- Marinade time is 6 to 7 hours.
After Marinade
- Grilled chicken pieces, Each side cooking time 6 to 7 min. One side is a perfect golden smoky color.
- Flip another side again for 6 to 7 min.
- Juicy soft grilled chicken is ready to serve with fresh salad.
