Ingredients

  • 750 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Dried red chili
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seed
  • 4 Red tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Large onion chopped
  • 4 Green chili chopped
  • 4 tbsp Gram Flour ( Basan )
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • I am using fine ground beef mince, you can use ground mutton or lamb, or chicken
  • In a large bowl add ground beef, all spices powder, and all chopped vegetables.
  • mix all of them together very well, and marinate for 1 hour.
  • marinate for 1 hour after that Make a round kabab shape.
  • Take oil in a pan and fry them,  both sides golden brown, and crispy.
  •  Your tasty Chapli Kebabs are ready.
  • Serve with salad and naan.
