Ingredients
- Lamb Liver 300g Cut Into Small Pieces
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Dry Crushed Red Chilli 1 tsp
- Whole Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
- fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green chillies 4–5
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder
- 1 Onion Large Paste
- Yogurt 1/4 Cup
- All Spice Powder 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1/2 Cup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan add 3 tbsp oil, add ginger paste fry 2 min, then add lamb liver fry high flame 8 to 10 min.
- Once liver color changes, take it out all lamb liver in another plate, keep it side.
- In a same pan add 1/4 cup oil, add Whole Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp, fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp, 2 min saute, add onion paste, lightly brown, then add all spice powder, yogurt, mix well add 1/2 cup hot water mix and cook 5 min. after 5 min gravy is ready add fresh green chili, and add all lamb liver mix and cover up again 12 min cooking time. then ready to serve with juline cut ginger. serve with bread, rice, salad.
