INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl add chicken pieces, cornflour, flour, ginger garlic paste, a pinch of orange food color, salt, mix altogether very well. marination time 1 hour.
- In cooking, pan adds oil, once oil hot add one by one chicken pieces, ( not overlapping ) high flame golden crispy fry.
- Take it out all fried chicken another plate.
- Now in the same pan add oil, once oil hot add dry red chilis, musted seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves fry until golden color.
- Now add 1 cup yogurt mix well, now add all fried chicken mix well. cover up 15 min slow flame.
Ready to serve boiled rice, bread, chapati, naan.
