First chicken marination with salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, mix Italian herbs, mix well and marination time 20 min.
In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, add 2 tbsp oil, once oil hot add all vegetables slices stay fry 3 to 4 min.just crunchy soft add pinch of salt mix and take it out on all another plate. ( NOT OVERCOOK )
In a same pan add 2 tbsp oil, add all marinated chicken stay fry 7 to 8 min. high flame.
Once chicken fajita is cooked, add all stay fry vegetable mix all together, add half fresh lime juice mix well. flame off.
Assembling
Place the Tortilla wraps on the cutting board, add in fajita chicken with vegetable, spread homemade sauce on top. and fold just like wrap. I am using panini press grill, add one by one chicken fajita wraps and press, just grill 2 to 3 min. ready to eat.
