WHAT IS TAWA?

Tawa is a large, flat disc-shaped frying pan that can be used for making dosas, chapatis, etc. Now I made the Tawa keema recipe on it

All Ingredients Chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger, chilis, coriander leaves

  1. In a large Tawa or Pan, I am using a deep pan, add oil, chopped onion once onion light brown.
  2. Add Mince, ( keema ) mix well, and 5 min saute.
  1. Add allspice powder, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes mix, and cook 5 min until tomatoes soften.
  2. Cooked medium flame 10 min.
  1. After 10 min adds coriander leaves chopped and simmer 5 min.
  2. Ready tasty, serve with naan, chapati, bread, rice.

  • 600 G Beef , mutton,
  • 1 Onion cut into chopped
  • 2 Large Tomatoes cut into chopped
  • 3 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • Coriander leaves ( chopped )
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry Chilli Flax
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
