- 600 G Beef , mutton,
- 1 Onion cut into chopped
- 2 Large Tomatoes cut into chopped
- 3 Green Chili Chopped
- 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- Coriander leaves ( chopped )
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry Chilli Flax
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 Cup Oil
All Ingredients Chopped
In a large Tawa or Pan, I am using a deep pan, add oil, chopped onion once onion light brown.
Add Mince, ( keema ) mix well, 5 min saute.
Add allspice powder, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes mix, and cook 5 min until tomatoes soften.
Cooked medium flame 10 min.
After 10 min adds coriander leaves chopped and simmer 5 min.
Ready tasty Tawa Keema Pakistani Recipes, serve with naan, chapati, bread, rice.
