Tamarind Chutney For Dahi Vada
Ingredients
- 1 cup seedless tamarind
- 1 cup water
- 6 whole seedless dates
- 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry chili flakes
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan add seedless tamarind, add 2 cup water.
- Once tamarind water is boling, add seedless dates.
- Add dry ginger powder, chili flakes, sugar, salt. Mix well and cooked until dates tender, soft.
- Once dates, all spices is mix and cooked.
- The mixture would thicken. Let the imli chutney mixture cool.
- When cooled, store the imli chutney in an air-tight dry jar or container. Refrigerate and serve. any type of samosa, dahi vada, chat.
