Today I teach you Plain Palak Recipe ( Spinach ), In my Palak Recipe I am using simple ingredients but tasty ways very delicious. palak recipe is very famous in India and Pakistan. everyone make palak ( Spinach ) curry at home.
There is a healthy Palak ( Spinach ) recipe. It is very easy to make at home. serve with rice, roti, bread, naan.
I do not blanch Palak ( Spinach ) be to prevent loss of nutrients. My method just washes and steams in low flame for 12 to 15 min. In this process, all nutrients value is saved.
Plain Palak Recipe
- 600 G Fresh Palak ( Spinach ) wash and steam
- 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 5 Whole Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Cumin seed
- 1 cup Softened Butter
- 1 tsp Dry Chilli Flax
- Salt to taste
Fresh Palak ( Spinach) wash and steam 12 min with whole green chili. once Spinach is soft, then I am using a hand grinder to make a paste.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 5 Whole Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Cumin seed
- 1 cup Softened Butter
- 1 tsp Dry Chilli Flax
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fresh Palak ( Spinach) wash and steam 12 min with whole green chili. once Spinach is soft, then I am using a hand grinder to make a paste.
- In a pan add butter, then add cumin seed, garlic, and dry chili flax saute for 4 to 6 min.
- Add all grind palak ( Spinach )salt mix very well, and cover up medium heat 25 min.
- After 25 min Plain Palak Recipe ( Spinach ) ready, serve with paratha, naan, bread
