- 600 G Fresh Palak ( Spinach ) wash and steam
- 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 5 Whole Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Cumin seed
- 1 cup Softened Butter
- 1 tsp Dry Chilli Flax
- Salt to taste
Fresh Palak ( Spinach) wash and steam 12 min with whole green chili. once Spinach is soft, then I am using a hand grinder to make a paste.
In a pan add butter, then add cumin seed, garlic, and dry chili flax saute for 4 to 6 min.
Add all grind palak ( Spinach )salt mix very well, and cover up medium heat 25 min.
After 25 min Plain Palak Recipe ( Spinach ) ready, serve with paratha, naan, bread
