Ingredients

  • 600 G Fresh Palak ( Spinach ) wash and steam
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 5 Whole Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seed
  • 1 cup Softened Butter
  • 1 tsp Dry Chilli Flax
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Fresh Palak ( Spinach) wash and steam 12 min with whole green chili. once Spinach is soft, then I am using a hand grinder to make a paste.
  • In a pan add butter, then add cumin seed, garlic, and dry chili flax saute for 4 to 6 min.
  • Add all grind palak ( Spinach )salt mix very well, and cover up medium heat 25 min.
  • After 25 min Plain Palak Recipe ( Spinach ) ready, serve with paratha, naan, bread
