Tips for perfect lamb kebab
To ensure that your lamb kebabs turn out perfectly every time, here are a few tips to keep in mind:
– Use high-quality lamb meat for the best flavor and texture.
– Marinate the lamb for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
– Don’t overcook the lamb, as it will become tough and dry. Aim for medium-rare to medium doneness.
– Don’t overcrowd the skewers with too many ingredients, as this will make it difficult to cook them evenly.
– Allow the skewers to rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute and the meat to become tender.
