Ingredients
750glamb cut into strips ( small pieces )
1onion
3green chilis
2tbspRaw papaya paste
1tbspGinger garlic paste
1tbspred chili powder
1tspSalt to taste
1/4cupoil
3tbspYogurt
Coriander leaves ( chopped )
Instructions
First, In a bowl add lamb strips.
In a mixer add onion, tomatoes, green chills, papaya pieces, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, and salt. Make a fine paste.
Add all paste in lamb pieces, add yogurt mix well. Marination time is 2 hours.
In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, and add all lamb, and cook until the meat is soft and tender.
Cooking time is 15 to 20 min. Medium to slow heat.
