Ingredients
250g Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) cut into sliced
2 Medium size potatoes cut into sliced
1/4 cupMusted oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 onion cut into sliced
1/2 tsp dry chili flakes
3 whole dry red chilis
Salt to taste
Instructions
In cooking, pan add musted oil. once oil hot, add 3 whole dry chilis. just 1 min saute.
Add sliced onion saute just 3 min. Now add Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) and sliced potatoes. add chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt.
Mix well, add just 1/4 water, cover-up low flame 12 min.
After 12 min once Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) and potatoes are soft tenders.
Now high flame stirs fry 6 min until vegetables lightly crunchy.
Serve with boiled rice, chapati, or bread.
