Grilled Chicken Fajita Recipe! is a fast, easy, delicious way to make chicken fajitas. you slice and serve the chicken with roasted bell peppers and onions.
I like to make tomato and beef fajitas. I marinate the beef with a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

Best Grilled Chicken Fajita Recipe
I like to start with a thinner chicken breast, that way it’s less likely to dry out. If you have chicken breasts that are around a half pound each, or more, you will want to slice them horizontally, so that the center thickness is around 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch thick. You don’t want a thin/watery breast of chicken.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g chicken breast cut into a thin steak and stripe shape.
- Tortilla bread packet
- 1 tbsp mustard paste
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Chinese salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed chili
- 1/4 cup oil
- Half cup mayonnaise
Filling:
salad leaves, Tomatoes sliced, onion sliced.
INSTRUCTIONS
500 g chicken breast cut into a thin steak and stripe shape.
- In a bowl add mustard paste, yogurt, Mayonnaise, black pepper, Chinese salt, lemon juice,
- salt to taste, and crushed chili mix well all together.
- Now add chicken mix well.
- Marination time 20 min.
- After 20 min, in a pan add oil, once the oil is medium and turning hot, add chicken steak pieces.
- Both side cooking times are 5 to 6 min.
- Once the chicken is done.
- Tortilla
Assemble:
In a tortilla spread some mayo, add chicken pieces, some salad leaves, tomato, and onion.
Now time to fold, and make wraps.
