Ingredients
500gchicken breast cut into a thin steak and stripe shape.
Tortilla bread packet
1tbspmustard paste
2tbspyogurt
2tbspMayonnaise
1tspblack pepper
1tspChinese salt
2tbsplemon juice
salt to taste
1tspcrushed chili
1/4cupoil
Half cup mayonnaise
Filling:
salad leaves, Tomatoes sliced, onion sliced.
Instructions
500 g chicken breast cut into a thin steak and stripe shape.
In a bowl add mustard paste, yogurt, Mayonnaise, black pepper, Chinese salt, lemon juice,
salt to taste, and crushed chili mix well all together.
Now add chicken mix well.
Marination time 20 min.
After 20 min, in a pan add oil, once the oil is medium and turning hot, add chicken steak pieces.
Both side cooking times are 5 to 6 min.
