INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes 
  • 1 cup carrot cut into slices
  • 1 cup onion cut into cubs
  • 1 cup mushroom cut into slices
  • 1 cup spring onion
  • 2 green chilis cut into slice
  • 6 cloves garlic cut into slices
  • 1 cup tomatoes paste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp hot chili sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp cone flour powder, dissolve in 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chinese salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In cooking, wok adds 1/4 cup oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic slices and fry for 2 to 3 min.
  • Now add all vegetables and high-flame stir fry for 2 to 3 min.
  • Add salt mix for 1 min and take it out on a plate.
  • Now the same wok adds tomato paste add 1/2 tsp salt in gravy.
  • Now add red chili sauce, white and black pepper powder, and soya sauce and mix well.
  • Add all fried vegetables in just 2 min cook. Add dissolve cone flour for thickness.
  • Ready to serve with steamed rice.
