INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 cup carrot cut into slices
- 1 cup onion cut into cubs
- 1 cup mushroom cut into slices
- 1 cup spring onion
- 2 green chilis cut into slice
- 6 cloves garlic cut into slices
- 1 cup tomatoes paste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp hot chili sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cone flour powder, dissolve in 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Chinese salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In cooking, wok adds 1/4 cup oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic slices and fry for 2 to 3 min.
- Now add all vegetables and high-flame stir fry for 2 to 3 min.
- Add salt mix for 1 min and take it out on a plate.
- Now the same wok adds tomato paste add 1/2 tsp salt in gravy.
- Now add red chili sauce, white and black pepper powder, and soya sauce and mix well.
- Add all fried vegetables in just 2 min cook. Add dissolve cone flour for thickness.
- Ready to serve with steamed rice.
