Ingredients for Mutton Chops Recipe
- 1 kg mutton chops
- 2 tbsp Papaya paste
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 oil Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 potatoes cut into 1/2-inch slices
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all chops. Add Papaya paste, White pepper powder, Black pepper powder, red chili powder, Yogurt, Salt to taste, and Ginger garlic paste.
- Mix all mutton chops in spices. Marination time is for 4 hours
- Next potatoes are cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- In a pan add 4 tbsp oil add slices of potatoes. Fry until light golden color.
- Take out all the fried potatoes on a plate.
- Next, in a pan add 1/2 cup oil. Once the oil is hot add one by one mutton chops.
- First, High flame fries on both sides lamb chops. When both sides are golden color brown. Add all fried potatoes on top. flame low and cover up for 10 to 15 min.
