Ingredients
1kgLamb with bones
2onion sliced
3tomatoes chopped
2tbspginger cut into Julian
3green chilis chopped
1tbspginger garlic paste
1cupyogurt
1cupchopped coriander leaves
1tbspcoriander powder
1tspdry chilis flakes
1 1/2red chili powder
1tspblack pepper powder
1tbspbutter
1/4cupoil
salt to taste
Instructions
In a pressure cooker add meat, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt mix well. Add 1/2 cup of hot water. Cooking time 10 to 12 min.
In a large pan add all cooked meat and oil saute for 3 min high flame.
When meat is proper to saute and oil come in inside. Now add thick yogurt 1 cup. Again saute 3 min medium flame.
Now add some ginger Julian in this karahi. add some coriander leaves and chopped green chilis.
