Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredient
- One Whole Chicken Cut into Large pieces
- 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Half Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
- Oil for frying
Chicken Marination
- In a large bowl add chicken pieces. put the allspice.
- Mix well and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. The longer you leave the chicken, the tastier it is!
- After 2 hours add all-purpose flour and mix very well. all flour mixture coated well with chicken. and resting time is 20 min, to set all flour in the chicken.
- Fill an outsized frypan (cast iron is best) concerning 1/3 to 1/2 full with oil.
- Put in several chicken items because the frypan will hold. Brown the chicken in HOT oil on either side.
- When bronzed, scale back heat and canopy skillet; let cook for a half-hour (the chicken is hard-baked through but not crispy).
- Remove the cowl, raise the heat once more, and still fry till crispy.
Drain the fried chicken on paper towels.
Depending on what proportion of chicken you’ve got, you will have to be compelled to fry in very few shifts. Not Overfill chicken in oil, this is a tip for making more crispy fried chicken.
