Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken Cut into Large pieces
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cups All Cup All purpose Flour
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil To Fry

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add chicken pieces. put the allspice.
  • Mix well and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. The longer you leave the chicken, the tastier it is!
  • After 2 hours add all-purpose flour and mix very well.
  • Fill an outsized frypan (cast iron is best) concerning 1/3 to 1/2 full with oil.
  • Heat until VERY hot.
  • Put in several chicken items because the frypan will hold.
  • Brown the chicken in HOT oil on either side.
