Today I am making Stir Fry Vegetable Recipe. I am using basic ingredients tasty stir fry veg recipe. In this same recipe, you can add the Mix Vegetable recipe you can add carrots, beans, etc. your tasty mix vegetable sabzi is ready to eat with rice or chapati bread.
Stir Fry Vegetable Recipe – stir fry veg recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole cauliflower cut into medium chunks
- 1 whole broccoli cut into medium chunks
- 1 tsp red chili flask
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic cut into sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- First steam cauliflower and broccoli ( I am using a steamer pan ) for 15 min.
- In another cooking, pan adds oil, once the oil is hot add garlic sliced and saute for 2 min.
- Now add all steamed vegetables, chili flakes, and salt. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
- At the end add sesame seed mix.
- Ready to eat.
