Stir Fry Vegetable Recipe

Today I am making Stir Fry Vegetable Recipe. I am using basic ingredients tasty stir fry veg recipe. In this same recipe, you can add the Mix Vegetable recipe you can add carrot, beans, etc. your tasty mix vegetable sabji is ready to eat with rice or chapati bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole cauliflower cut into medium chunks
  • 1 whole broccoli cut into medium chunks
  • 1 tsp red chili flask
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic cut into sliced

Instructions

  • First steam cauliflower and broccoli ( I am using a steamer pan ) 15 min.
  • In another cooking, pan adds oil, once oil hot add garlic sliced saute for 2 min.
  • Now add all steamed vegetables, chili flakes, salt. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  • At the end add sesame seed mix.
  • Ready to eat.
