Ingredients
500gspinach wash
750glamb with bones pieces
2green chilis
1onion sliced
1tbspginger paste
1tbspchili powder
1tspturmeric powder
1/4cupoil
4tbspyogurt
salt to taste
Instructions
In a pot add wash spinach and 2 green chilis just steam or simmer 7 min. And after steam chopper machine just coarsely ground.
In a cooker add 1/4 cup oil, once oil hot add onion and ginger lightly saute add meat saute for 2 min.
Add all spices powder salt mix well. Now add yogurt again saute for 2 min.
Now add half a cup of water and cook until meat is tender.
Once the meat is tender add all spinach mix very well and simmer for 10 min low flame.
