Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach wash
  • 750 g lamb with bones pieces
  • 2 green chilis
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a pot add wash spinach and 2 green chilis just steam or simmer 7 min. And after steam chopper machine just coarsely ground.
  • In a cooker add 1/4 cup oil, once oil hot add onion and ginger lightly saute add meat saute for 2 min.
  • Add all spices powder salt mix well. Now add yogurt again saute for 2 min.
  • Now add half a cup of water and cook until meat is tender.
  • Once the meat is tender add all spinach mix very well and simmer for 10 min low flame.
  • Ready to eat with naan or bread.
