Lahori Fried Fish Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pieces whole fish clean and wash and dry
  • Half a bunch of spring onion
  • 3 green chilis
  • 3 tbsp dill ( soya leaves )
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  • half onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First, clean the fish wash, and dry them.
  • In a grinder add spring onion, green chilis, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin, and coriander powder, salt adds little water, and grind all ingredients.
  • Make a smooth paste.
  • In a large mixing bowl add whole fish and pour all paste on the fish. mix very well.
  • Marination time for 20 min.
  • After 20 min in a pan add oil for shallow fry.
  • On each side fry for 6 to 7 min.
  • Serve with salad or green chitni
