What To Serve With Pan Fried Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 to 3 pounds salmon fillets, skin-on
- 10 to 15 cherry tomatoes cut into half
- 8 to 10 cloves cut into slices
- 1 tbsp dry chili flasks
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 lemon juice
- 10 to 12 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Serve with boiled spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
- On a plate add fish fillets, add garlic slices, salt, and dry chili flakes, and mix well. Marination time is just 10 min.
- In a non–stick grilled pan add 2 tbsp olive oil. Once the grill pan is hot add salmon fillets one by one.
- Each side cooking time is 5 to 6 min. Lightly golden color ready to serve.
My Best choice non – the stick grill pan I am using.
Now Serving boiled spaghetti:
In cooking, pan adds 1/4 cup olive oil add sliced garlic saute for 5 min add cherry tomatoes, salt dry chili flask mix well. Now add boiled spaghetti just toss.
Ready to serve with grilled salmon.
