  • 3 tomatoes 
  • 1 small onion slices 
  • 4 whole dry red chilis
  • 3 cloves garlic cut into sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 fresh green chilis
  • 1 /1/4 cup oil
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First lentil cooked with tomatoes chopped, 3 green chilis and turmeric powder, add 1 cup water. cooking time 12 min slow flame.
  • Now lentil is half done. Now add Drumstick pieces mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook just 6 min until Drumstick tender and soft.
  • Now I am using wooden hand blender to lightly mash.
