Chicken Nuggets At Home Ingredients

  • 750g Chicken breast cut into half-inch thick slices
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Mix herbs
  • 1/2 tsp dry chili flanks
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili sauce ( optional )
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cups of water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large mixing bowl add Chicken breast, garlic powder, Mix herbs, dry chili flanks, black pepper powder, red chili powder, soya sauce, vinegar, hot chili sauce, 2 eggs, and salt. Mix well all together. 1-hour marination time.
  • On a separate plate add flour and bread crumbs.
  • First chicken piece coat dry flour,  then coated chicken quickly dip in the water for just a second, and now the coated bread crumb.  The same method makes all the chicken pieces.

  • In a deep pan add oil for deep frying. once the oil is hot add them one by one chicken nuggets pieces.
  • And frying until golden color brown and crispy.
  • Serve with ketchup. Enjoy
