Chicken Nuggets At Home

Today I teach you, Chicken Nuggets At Home. Everybody likes chicken nuggets. Homemade chicken nuggets are healthier and tastier than frozen or fast-food. In my recipe crispy, little spicy, flavourful nuggets. Basic seasoning tasty recipe. In this recipe, I show you some secret trick to make more crunchy chicken nuggets.

Ingredients

  • 750 g Chicken breast cut into half-inch thick slices
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Mix herbs
  • 1/2 tsp dry chili flanks
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili sauce ( optional )
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cup of water

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add Chicken breast, garlic powder, Mix herbs, dry chili flanks, black pepper powder, red chili powder, soya sauce, vinegar, hot chili sauce, 2 eggs, salt. Mix well all together. 1-hour marination time.
  • On a separate plate add flour and bread crumb.
  • First chicken piece coat dry flour,  then coated chicken quickly dip in the water just second, now the coated bread crumb.  Same this method makes all chicken pieces.
  • In a deep pan add oil for deep frying. once oil is hot add one by one chicken nuggets pieces.
  • And frying until golden color brown and crispy.
  • Serve with kechup. Enjoy!
