Chicken Clear Soup Recipe
In my chicken, I am adding some whole spices ( cinnamon, cloves, black cardamons, whole black pepper cons, ) It makes more healing properties.
- 6-8 organic free-range chicken wings (or 2-3 legs or bones)
- 1 inch / 2 cm of ginger, roughly chopped
- In a cooking pot add all whole spices, salt.
- Cooking time 4.5 hours, simmer.
- Take out the bones and meat.
Throw everything in a huge pot with some water and let it slow-cook for a couple of hours (bonus points: your house will smell awesome while your broth is simmering).
