- 2 slices rye bread
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Heat the oil in a small saucepan, then add the avocado, onion, chili, nutmeg season with salt and pepper.Fry gently until the onion is soft.Lightly toast the rye bread.Drizzle the oil on to the toast, then spoon the hot avocado mixture on top.Arrange the toast on warm plates, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lime slice.
