Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup malted butter
  • 1 tsp Chili Flask 
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves ( chopped )
  • 2 cups water ( As Required )
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 oil oil for frying ( As Required )

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add flour and water to make a thick butter.
  • Add chopped coriander, chopped green chilis, chili flakes, salt to taste, and chopped garlic and mix very well.
  • In a pan add 2 large spoons of batter and spread lightly in a pan.
  • Each side is cooked for 6 to 7 min. Medium to low flame.
  • Serve with yogurt chatni.
