Ingredients
2cupswhite flour
1tsp Salt to taste
1/4 cupmalted butter
1 tspChili Flask
2tbspCoriander leaves ( chopped )
2cupswater ( As Required )
3clovesgarlic chopped
1/4oiloil for frying ( As Required )
Instructions
In a large bowl add flour and water to make a thick butter.
Add chopped coriander, chopped green chilis, chili flakes, salt to taste, and chopped garlic and mix very well.
In a pan add 2 large spoons of batter and spread lightly in a pan.
Each side is cooked for 6 to 7 min. Medium to low flame.
