Ingredients
700gmutton cut into pieces
1 Onions chopped
2Tomatoes Chopped
1cupYogurt
1tbspred chili powder
1tbspcoriander powder
1tsp all spice powder ( garam masala powder )
1tbsp Ginger Garlic past
1tspsalt to taste
1cup fried onion
1cup oil or ghee
1/4tspyellow food color
4cupslong grain basmati rice ( wash and soak in water about 40 min before.
Instructions
First marination: In a bowl add mutton piece, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder, yogurt, chopped tomatoes, and chopped onion mix well. Rest for at least 2 hours.
4 cups basmati rice soak in water for 40 min before.
In a presser cooker add all marination mutton and add 1 cup of water. cook until meat is tender.
In a large pan add water to boiling rice add 1 tbsp of salt in water. Drain and set aside.
Add all cooked mutton in a large pan, and sprinkle 1 cup of fried onion. now add all pre-boiled rice. add 1/2 cup ghee or oil on top.
