Fish Biryani Recipe

Today I am making a Fish Biryani Recipe so tasty fish biryani masala recipe. I am using aromatic Basmati rice. Serve with raita and salad.

Ingredients

Fry Fish Ingredients:

  • 2 whole fish White Bream fish cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juices
  • 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

Gravy Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tomatoes cut into pieces
  • 2 onions cut into slices
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • pinch of food color
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 12 leaves mint
  • 3 fresh green chilis cut into pieces

Instructions

Cooking Method:

  • In a bowl add all spices and mix well add fish pieces mix very well. leave it 10 min.
  • In a pan add 1/2 cup of oil, once oil is hot add one by one fish pieces.
  • Fry until golden color and crispy. Take it out all the fish pieces.
  • METHOD
  • In cooking, adds oil and slices of onion and fry until golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic all spices, and tomatoes and saute at low heat until tomato is soft.
  • Now add yogurt, coriander, mint, or green chili to the gravy.
  • BOIL RICE METHOD
  • 3 cups of long grain basmati rice, wash, and soke in water 40 min.
  • In a pot add water add 1 tsp salt. once water is boiling add rice.
  • Rice is cooked strain all water.
  • Add all cooked rice on top of the gravy. and add fried fish on top of rice.
  • Cover up and simmer at low heat for 10 min.
  • Ready to eat fish biryani with salad.
