Ingredients
4Large Tomatoes Cut Into Slices
1tspWhole Cumin Seeds
7 to 8Fresh Curry Leaves
1tspGarlic slices
8Whole Dry Red Chilis
1/4cupOil
Salt To Taste
Instructions
In a cooking pan add tomatoes, add half cup hot water, cover up cooking time 10 min.
After 10 min tomatoes is soft and I am using a hand masher, to mash tomatoes. Keep it side.
Next other small pan add oil, lightly hot oil then add garlic, dry chili, curry leaves, cumin seeds, lightly golden color fry add all ( Tarka ) in tomatoes mixture. mix very well add salt to test.
Tomato chutney is ready to serve with sandwich and dosa, serve or store in the refrigerator.
