Ingredients

  • 4 Large Tomatoes Cut Into Slices
  • 1 tsp Whole Cumin Seeds
  • 7 to 8 Fresh Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garlic slices
  • 8 Whole Dry Red Chilis
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions

  • In a cooking pan add tomatoes, add half cup hot water, cover up cooking time 10 min.
  • After 10 min tomatoes is soft and I am using a hand masher, to mash tomatoes. Keep it side.
  • Next other small pan add oil, lightly hot oil then add garlic, dry chili, curry leaves, cumin seeds, lightly golden color fry add all ( Tarka ) in tomatoes mixture. mix very well add salt to test.
  • Tomato chutney is ready to serve with sandwich and dosa, serve or store in the refrigerator.
